We have been testing patients for bruxism with our home sleep test that also screens for OSA. We have found that most of our patients we are testing are showing signs and symptoms of OSA, according to the home sleep test; we then refer them to a sleep physician in town. However, I am finding that these sleep docs are prescribing their patients to be put on a CPAP instead of us making them an oral appliance, assuming the appliance is indicated. I have also made several calls to them local physicians trying to set up lunch meetings with with our doc
and have had no success.

Is there a webinar(s) that I could watch that would help us with getting a strategy on how we can work with our local sleep physicians?
