What are the CDT codes used for TMD treatment with Botox? Is this only covered under medical generally?

While dental coding is not our forte like medical coding is, it does not appear there are any CDT codes for botox.
As for medical, there is typically coverage for botox for certain indications (i.e. chronic migraines, myofasical pain syndrome, etc), however most medical insurers will not cover botox for a diagnosis of TMJ disorder/TMD.
