I have a Traumatic Brain injury, Dysautonomia (POTS), Hashimotos Disease, and Hypothyroid.
I need Medical Codes For Simple and Surgical Tooth Extractions + How do you write and compile the procedures for 41899?

A debilitating neurological medical condition (dysautonomia/POTS) caused my teeth to rapidly decay even after OVER $30,000 of restorative and preventive treatments and surgeries. They were unable to stop the rapid decay and it was an emergency to have all of my teeth removed and all on 4's put in.

I have heard that you can use medical codes for dental surgery as long as you have a letter of predetermination saying that the surgery is "medically necessary" (which I have) and an that it's an "emergency" to have done because of and numerous infections and painful abscessed teeth. And dentures were not recommended because there would be bone loss.

I have provided all of the information and I have tried extremely hard to figure all of this out. I go back to the surgeon on Monday January 17th and was hoping to have something to give them so that they can fill it out to submit to my MEDICAL insurance.
PLEASE HELP.

I tried to figure it out and I did get some Medical Codes, But I don't know if they are correct
:(

How do I write and assemble all of this?
And how exactly do you use and write Code 41899 for "unlisted procedures"

This surgery was extremely expensive and anything to get some money back from insurance would be EXTREMELY HELPFUL.
We used all of ours savings for me to have this procedure.
I go back to the surgeon on Monday January 17th and was hoping to have something to give them so that they can fill it out to submit to my MEDICAL insurance.

I hope that someone can help me figure this out, I am having a difficult time due to the Cognitive issues from my Traumatic Brain Issues.

I would gladly appreciate any help and advice that you can give!
