I'm an ASC always billing 41899 on the medical side. I've done it for years, now all of sudden an insurance company wants to know what the equivalent D code is. Does any one know?

Hi guest!

It all depends on what procedure you're using 41899 to represent. The description of 41899 is: Unlisted procedure, dentoalveolar structures

....so it could stand for several different procedures. Could you provide some additional information on the procedure you're using 41899 to represent?
