can this procedure be converted to dental code if not what would be the best route to submit billing?

The ICD-10 code for Obstructive Sleep Apnea (adult)(pediatric) is: G47.33
You will use the ICD-10 code if the appliance was delivered on or after October 1, 2015.
If the appliance was delivered prior to October 1, 2015, you will use the ICD-9 diagnosis code for OSA, which is: 327.23
Keep in mind, you will need a confirmed diagnosis from a sleep study read by a sleep physician in order to use the ICD code for OSA.
There isn't a different set of diagnosis codes for dental billing, if your dental claim requires an ICD code (some dental insurers have started that), then you will use the same ICD codes as you would for medical.
If you are inquiring about the procedure code for an oral appliance for OSA, the HCPCS code for a custom made oral appliance to treat OSA is E0486.
There is not a corresponding dental code for that, as OSA is a medical diagnosis and custom made oral appliances are a medical treatment for it, so should be billed to the medical insurer.
