SOAP notes/narrative reports can be generated & printed from any visit/form in DentalWriter, in the "Recipients Letters/Reports" tab. To access them:

-open any patient chart in DentalWriter
-choose the "visits/forms" tab
-click the "view form" button on the visit you wish to create/print a soap note for
-go to the tab labeled "Recipients Letter/Reports" tab
-click "add recipients" if there are none added yet. You can choose to create a soap note/narrative report address to the patient, anyone from your contacts list, or a plain soap note not addressed to anyone.
-once you have selected your choice, click the "create narrative" button, and you letter(s) will open in microsoft word.
