Hi There,
When the information from the patient forms are transferred to the new patient report, the symptoms are listed out following a comma. Not all but most words are capitalized. Is there a setting I can go in and change so I don't have to manually change every report?

Hi Guest! Absolutely you can edit those! You can do this using the "customization" feature found on the "tools" menu in any visit/form. IN short - you will select: Tools --> customize --> customize items in form sections --> click ok on prompt --> click customize button near the section you want to customize --> select item and click "edit" --> step 3 tab will allow you to edit the way that item prints out in the narrative report.
