I am in need of some help to cross code these two medical codes to dental : 04345 and 04341. please help

D4341 - periodontal scaling and root planing - four or more teeth per quadrant
The code listed above does not have a direct crosscode we are aware of, so you can either bill the "D" code on the medical claim (many insurers these days will process "D" codes when they are medically necessary services), or you can try the CPT code below and include a narrative report describing the procedure:
41899 - Unlisted procedure, dentoalveolar structures
I am unable to locate the code D4345.

Just a heads up - it appears D4345 - Periodontal Scaling Performed in the Presence of Gingival Inflammation - was deleted in 1995.
