Can you please tell me the CPT code for SRP >4 teeth? Insurance will not accept the D code.

SRP does not have a direct crosscode we are aware of, so when the insurer will not process "D" codes, you can try the CPT code below and include a narrative report describing the procedure:
41899 - Unlisted procedure, dentoalveolar structures
