We have a patient who would like us to check on coverage for an allograft D4275 through her medical insurance. What would be the cross code for medical? Thanks!

D4275 = non-autogenous connective tissue graft (including recipient site and donor material) first tooth, implant, or edentulous tooth position in graft can be crosscoded to: 41870 - Periodontal mucosal grafting This crosscode is listed in Aetna's medical policy for "Oral Surgery Dental in Nature" policy at the link below: https://www.aetnadental.com/professionals/pdf/oral-surgery-dental-in-nature.pdfHope this helps!
