A 3 year old child came into the outpatient surgery center to have dental caries filled and caps placed on his teeth due to nursing bottle decay syndrome. Anesthesia was provided by an anesthesiologist. Assign the correct CPT code for the anesthesia service. Modifiers should be included.

00170 - Anesthesia for intraoral procedures, including biopsy; not otherwise specified

00174 - Anesthesia for intraoral procedures, including biopsy; excision of retropharyngeal tumor
00176 - Anesthesia for intraoral procedures, including biopsy; radical surgery
