Hi Guest!

D9612 - therapeutic parenteral drugs, two or more administrations, different medications
can be crosscoded to one of the following:
96372 - Therapeutic, prophylactic, or diagnostic injection (specify substance or drug); subcutaneous or intramuscular
96373 - Therapeutic, prophylactic, or diagnostic injection (specify substance or drug); intra-arterial
96374 - Therapeutic, prophylactic, or diagnostic injection (specify substance or drug); intravenous push, single or initial substance/drug

D7550 - partial ostectomy/sequestrectomy for removal of non-vital bone
can be crosscoded to one of the following:
21025 - excision of bone, mandible
21026 - excision of facial bone(s)
41830 - alveolectomy incl. curettage

D9230 - inhalation of nitrous oxide/analgesia, anxiolysis

Inhalation of nitrous does not have a crosscode, so you can either use the "D" code on the medical claim (many medical insurers will process the "D" code on the medical claim when they are medically necessary procedures these days), you may consider:
01999 - Unlisted anesthesia procedure(s)
And heads up, some medical insurers will consider this included in the office visit (evaluation & management code) and will not pay it separately.

D7210 - Extraction, erupted tooth requiring removal of bone and/or sectioning of tooth, and including elevation of mucoperiosteal flap if indicated

Extractions do not have direct crosscode - so you can either bill the "D" code on the medical claim (many insurers these days will process "D" codes when they are medically necessary services), or you can use the CPT code below and include a narrative report describing the procedure:
41899 - Unlisted procedure, dentoalveolar structures

Hope this helps!
