Hi Guest!

Do you have a list of the dental codes? If you would post them here, we're happy to help you with the cross-codes from dental to medical :)

I have a medical diagnosis of “Sjogren’s Disease With Tooth Involvement” with a medical diagnosis code of M35-OC. My dentists billed on my dental insurance but refuse to bill now on my medical insurance as a medical claim. It’s $6000 so I’m trying to file the claim myself. My insurance provider is also no help. I need help in converting CDT codes to CPT codes. Is there a chart or publication that is reputable/accurate that I can use for conversion for years 2021 and 22 ? I’ve googled and called till I’m blue in the face. Thank you in advance for any help and guidance you can offer.
