D4275 - non-autogenous connective tissue graft (including recipient site and donor material) first tooth, implant, or edentulous tooth position in graft
Can be cross coded to:
41870 - Periodontal mucosal grafting

I'm not aware of a different "D" code when collagen is used, although our forte is medical coding instead of dental coding :)

Hello,

First I'd like to say that it's awesome that you have this forum.

I'm new to CDT codes (really new). Was wondering if there is a different code for gum recession done with collagen grafting. My dentist uses D4275. Also, if all possible is there a crosswalk to either codes to CPT?
