We told our patients about sleep apnea awareness day, and that if they have family members that snore, to remind them that it could be more than snoring and there are non-invasive solutions out there such as CPAP and oral appliance therapy from their dentist.

Today, April 18th, is Sleep Apnea Awareness Day!

Here are a few starting tips for getting the word out:

1. Send an email blast to your patient list regarding Sleep Apnea Awareness Day
2. Tell your family, friends, and team
3. Post awareness on social media websites
4. Post a sign in your office to inform patients about this day

Tell us your plans to spread awareness of the dangers of sleep apnea and how to find treatment to start feeling better.
