Hi comfortdental!

Custom quick letters can be created in your "quickletters" tab in any patient's chart in Dentalwriter! Here is a link to a helpful video from the dentalwriter help center that walks you through using your patient's quickletters:

http://www.screencast.com/t/5br2ZU3Zew0g

Basically - you can select any existing quickletter template, select the "customize" button located on the right of the quickletters tab, and you will first customize the description of the letter, then the template will open for you to make the template. Once the template is to your liking, you will click save, and that letter will now be available in every patient's chart, in the category labeled "custom quickletters" at the top of your quickletters box!

please feel free to contact us with any further questions!

Thanks
