Based on what you described, here are some ICD-10 coding options for you, we would recommend you confirm their appropriateness with your daughter's dentist:

D10.2 - Benign neoplasm of floor of mouth
D10.39 - Benign neoplasm of other parts of mouth

M89.28 - Other disorders of bone development and growth, other site
M89.8X8 - Other specified disorders of bone, other site

My daughter had a fibroma removed from her crown of her tooth to have braces placed on. Then dentist billed a D7411 but the medical insurance needs a diagnosis code. What can be used?
